We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The lobby was spacious and had a wide variety of Taiwanese snacks and drinks available for free. Our room was clean and had a nice view with a small balcony. The facilities in the hotel were well-maintained, including the ones in our room. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite their limited English skills. Moreover, the location of this hotel is perfect for travelers who prefer peace and quiet. We also appreciated the UV and heat box available at the lobby for sterilizing baby items, which was really convenient for us.
Everything was spot on, and we cannot think of any negative aspects.

Staying here was a very pleasant experience. the lobby was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's snacks and drinks selection was a great bonus. the room was well-decorated, with nice views and even a small balcony. There were plenty of useful amenities in the room, and the breakfast was tasty. Plus, the hotel was located in a peaceful corner away from the hustle and bustle of the city, with a small park nearby and family-friendly facilities such as a playground.
Our bathroom had some maintenance issues, and the hand shower didn't work properly even after the hotel's staff tried to fix it.

The room decoration is modern and cozy, perfect for romantic escapes. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, you can see the city lights, and it was a beautiful sight. The proximity to the night market was a plus, just a few blocks away. They also offered a complimentary breakfast which was decent enough.
The bed was too hard and uncomfortable, it was impossible to have a good night's sleep. The shower was not working properly, and it was hard to regulate the temperature.

The hotel had a well-designed lobby with free snacks and drinks available 24/7. the rooms were spacious and comfortable with nice views. the location was good, with a playground nearby and shopping malls and night markets within walking distance.
The hotel's coffee did not taste great and the bed was too short for taller guests. the location was a bit far from central Taichung and some maintenance issues needed to be addressed, such as a faulty hand shower in the bathroom.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The lobby was beautifully designed and spacious, offering a variety of Taiwanese snacks and drinks for guests to enjoy. The staff, although limited in English skills, were friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious with a nice view and a small balcony to relax on. The attention to detail in the decoration and utilities made me feel extremely comfortable. The breakfast, although moderate, was well cared for, and the drinks served were superb. The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet corner, allowing for peaceful nights. There was even a small park in the front for morning walks. the hotel facilities were well-maintained, including those in the room. The availability of free instant noodles, coke, and sprite was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the hotel provided a UV and heat box, which was perfect for parents with infants, eliminating the need for sterilizing pills. Uber-eats was easily accessible in the area, and the Feng Jia night market was just a short walk away. Shopping malls were also nearby, making it convenient for shopping enthusiasts.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.
